Bird Abatement Strategy
Pigeon Trapping
We use live, humane traps to remove pigeons from problem areas such as roof tops. Often, when we start a new contract, we will trap first to reduce the population, then bring in the hawk to prevent the birds from coming back. We also offter just trapping with no hawks involved.
Falconry Services
We use our trained team of raptors and dogs to scare nuisance birds away from your property. Natural predators are far more effective than poisons, noises, spikes, or fake owls. You'll never need to use other preventative measures again!
Trained Dogs
In addition to our raptors, we also have a team of working dogs who are trained to track, find, and chase off nuisance birds. Dogs are especially helpful with larger birds such as geese and gulls, but can also be highly effective at locating pigeon and sparrow activity.
Nest Removal
If pigeons, doves, or sparrows are nesting on your property, we're happy to remove those nests for you. Nests can be especially high-risk for spreading diseases and parasites, along with producing an increased mess

Pigeons and Sparrows
Pigeons and house sparrows are some of the most common nuisance birds in city environments. Pigeons carry a multitude of diseases and can be very destructive to building structures. Since thy are an invasive species, no depredation permit is required to haze or trap them. They're some of our hawks' favorites to chase!

Crows and Ravens
Corvids like to gather in large mobs to roost. These mobs can number in the hundreds easily, and that many birds make a lot of mess! Our team of raptors will encourage any crows or ravens to find a new place to roost, so that your property can stay peaceful and clean!

Parrots
Surpisingly, ferral parrots in southern california are numerous enough to become a nuisance in certain circumstances! Some flocks can be very loud, causing noise disruptions. We're happy to move that flock along for you so that you can enjoy your peace and quiet!

Gulls
Gulls can cause a major health risk in area like landfills, where they can spread dangerous waste to undesignated areas. They can also cause damage to rooftops and other structures. Lastly, they can become a major nuisance in outdoor eating areas, where bold gulls will steal food directly from guests! With our team of raptors on the job, those problems will be a thing of the past.

Geese and Ducks
Waterfowl, especially geese, often pose problems in parks where an overpopulation can cause a huge mess and large cleaning fees. Additionally, geese can pose a public safety hazard during breeding season when they can become very aggressive.
